Chris Brown and Drake Will Not Face Charges For Nightclub Altercation
Hip-hop was up in arms when Chris Brown and Drake were reported to be in a devastating nightclub brawl last June. After months of deliberation by law enforcements, TMZ confirms that there isn’t enough evidence to convict either them of the crime.
TMZ says the investigation to find the person responsible for the bottle-throwing brawl at W.i.P had been inconclusive. Interviews conducted with members of both Brown and Drake’s entourage revealed very little concrete information. Another reason for their conclusion was the surveillance tape was too dark and grainy to see anything useful.
However, there were several interviews on-site by NYPD and reports by injured victims that recalled both superstars’ involvement and their entourages. Still, police authorities have decided to not continue investigating this case further.
